Our company

Powoden Energie- & Bautechnik GmbH specialises in cable pulling, industrial cable laying and cable installation. Our teams also carry out electrical and steel installation, special construction, dismantling and demolition work.

Peter Powoden laid the foundations in 1991 with his first mini-excavator projects. The construction company was founded in 1998 and re-established by Peter and Corina Powoden as Powoden Bau GmbH in 2010. In 2024 it was renamed Powoden Energie- & Bautechnik GmbH, reflecting its focus on cable pulling and installation for high and extra-high voltage applications.

Experienced teams, our own vehicles and specialist equipment support our work in substations, along cable routes and in energy tunnels. Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; practical training and safety instruction are part of our everyday work.

Within the POWODEN group, Powoden power technologies gmbh manufactures steel structures and project-specific components at its production site in Söding.
