Experienced teams, specialised equipment and documented procedures for cable routes, substations and industrial facilities.
Our management systems are certified to three ISO standards. Employees receive the qualifications and instructions relevant to their tasks.
Structured processes and documented execution.
Environmental aspects considered in planning and delivery.
Systematic prevention and safe working procedures.
HEAVY CABLE PULLING
We install power cables up to 380 kV in substations, cable basements and demanding routes. Our teams combine pulling and pushing equipment, cable guidance and drum logistics – with our own hydraulic payoff system for cable drums up to 110 tonnes.
From drum transport to installation, we select vehicles and equipment according to drum weight, cable specifications, route and site conditions.
Mercedes-Benz Arocs 4152 8×6, Tatra Phönix 530 8×8, and Scania and MAN transport equipment.
Own Mercedes-Benz Arocs with low-loader and hydraulic payoff system for cable drums up to 110 tonnes.
Unimog U530, MAN TGE 4×4 and installation vehicles for demanding site conditions.
Volta crawler winch, Zeck and Volta capstan winches, Lancier cable feeders and pushing equipment.
Mobile jointing containers, hydraulic power units, cable rollers and beam equipment.
Pulling-force monitoring, sheath testing and installation tools for documented execution.
Temporary connections
We install and remove temporary cable connections, secure the route and organise cable-drum logistics.
OUR SISTER COMPANY
Our sister company manufactures cable drums, cable supports and steel structures in Söding. POWODEN ENERGIE installs them on site. TÜV qualifications: EN 1090 up to EXC3, EN ISO 3834-2 and EN ISO 17660-1.

Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) support the coordinated execution of each project.
Survey the route, establish project requirements and coordinate interfaces.
Assess project-specific risks and brief teams on the planned tasks.
Choose transport, pay-off and pulling equipment for the cable, drum and route.
Monitor pulling forces and observe manufacturer-specified bending radii.
Carry out sheath tests and other inspections according to the agreed plan.
Prepare installation and test records for a traceable handover.
Inspection scope, protection measures and responsibilities are agreed for each project.
Our teams work in Austria and throughout Germany, including the far north, as well as in Switzerland and North Macedonia. We coordinate equipment, logistics and on-site execution for each project.
